Which quality should I choose?

Which video format should I choose?
| Format | Choose it when |
|---|---|
| MP4 | You want the best compatibility across apps, browsers, and devices. |
| MOV | You mainly use Apple apps or want an Apple-native workflow. |
Which audio format should I choose?
| Format | Choose it when |
|---|---|
| M4A | You want a smaller compressed audio file. |
| WAV | You want uncompressed audio and accept larger files. |
Advanced options
In Settings → Advanced, you can adjust:
- Frame Rate: 30 fps or 60 fps.
- Codec: Automatic, H.264, or HEVC.
- Resolution: Native or Optimized.
For most users, leave these on their defaults. Use Advanced only when you have a specific compatibility, size, or quality requirement.
